Where does Nunii get their products from?

Nunii only carries merchandise that is purchased directly from the brands themselves. Nunii’s products are all imported to Israel from the USA & Europe.

Does Nunii warranty their products?

Considering that Nunii only carries merchandise that is crafted by the brand themselves, Nunii cannot be liable that such products are entirely free of workmanship errors. Nunii warranties all products to be free of such problems for the first 15 days from the date of purchase, and will replace or refund your purchase in the event such a problem occurs. After 15 days, we may, but are not obligated to, attempt to assist with repairs, including providing replacement hardware such as lost buttons or broken snaps to the extent these items or repair services are available from the designer.

What is the cost of Domestic shipping?

Shipping cost is 40 Nis delivery to your home, for all domestic orders. For orders over 1200 Nis, shipping is free of charge. When you reach a total of 1,200 nis in your shopping cart, you will be given a free shipping option. Choose this option

What is the cost of International shipping?

Shipping is $60 for international deliveries, but can vary according to the weight of the package. For orders over $500, shipping is free of charge. For inquiries regarding international orders please email help@nuniifashion.com

How do I place an order?

You choose the items you want – and add to the shopping cart. In the shopping cart you make a purchase and choose to pay with your PAYPAL account or credit card. Once ordered, the package will ship to you at the address you specified in the order. If you have any problems along the way and are unable to place an order, please contact us and we will be happy to place your order by phone: (+972) 03-6951072

How long does it take for the package to arrive?

Shipping is done with our shipping service, and the package arrives to the specified address. For domestic order the package arrives between 3-4 business days, and 4-5 business days for exceptional areas. For international orders the package arrives between 3-4 business days. Business days do not include friday and saturday.

What happens if I am not home to sign on my package?

Not a problem! Our shipping service is liable to assure you of the specific time your package will arrive at your door. If for any reason you won’t be present to accept your package, the delivery man will specify a new time with you for the following day. We are liable to resend you the package up until 3 days where you will need to be present and sign on the package. If for any reason after 3 attempts we are unable to reach you at your home, the package will be delivered back to our store and you will be responsible for pickup

I’ve never ordered online, is it safe for me to provide you with my credit card details?

You should know that in the Internet world there is a concept called “secure site” and our site is of course a secure site! and what does that mean? You can be calm and concentrate on shopping, your privacy is maintained. Do you guys have a physical store?

Yes, Nunii is a boutique located in Kikar Hamedina, the largest plaza in Tel Aviv with the poshest shopping in the country. Our store address is Hei Be’Iyar 42, Tel Aviv, Israel 6215016.

If I bought an item that didn't fit me or I simply don’t want it, can I exchange or return?

Yes. Considering that the item is undamaged, unworn, and has the original tag with the barcode label on it, the item is eligible for a refund or exchange. Products purchased from Nunii are eligible for a full refund if Nunii receives your return within 15 days of purchase. You will have up to 15 days after Products have been purchased to exchange for another item on the website, or get a refund. If you receive an item that is damaged, please contact customer service immediately. Shipping charges are not refundable.

As soon as we receive the item at our store we will contact you! 

You can exchange an item you bought with any other item on the site. If you do not find another item to exchange for, you will receive a credit which you can redeem up until six months.

You can get a refund on the product. The refund will be given if the item is not used or not damaged and when returned in its original packaging. Receiving a refund is subject to a cancellation fee of 5% of the product price

* The refund will be processed within a maximum of 14 days from the return of the item, only to the credit card from which the order was placed.
